1.stethoscope was invented in France in 1816 by René Laennec at the Necker-Enfants Malades Hospital in Paris. Consisted of a wooden tube and was monaural like ear trumpet .

1.2 The problem stated in general
The sound of environment surrounding is the main problem for this device to produce the result. The doctor could not hear the sound of heart beat if it in the noising area because the interruption will make the result become error or wrong. By changing the result into the digital output signal it will give more accurate counting for the heart beat per minute by the sound of heart on it. The analog voltage needs to be conditioned and then converted into a digital by using an audio analog-to-digital converter (ADC) or audio code. For these reasons, it is important to develop methods to estimate the reliability of such program, to ensure it will perform satisfactorily when needed the most.

The circuit for this project uses op-amps to greatly amplify a standard of the stethoscope, and also includes a low pass filter with voltage comparator to remove the background noise from surrounding areas.

ABSTRACT:
The stethoscope (from Greek, stethos - chest and skope – examination) is an acoustic medical device for auscultation or listen the internal sound of a body. It is often used to lung and heart sound. As knows this device is use in the area the lightly quiet, it is because it needs to be heard by the doctor to check the heart beat sounds.
From the previous stethoscope the one end of the stethoscope is also known as a diaphragm, a vibrating membrane designed to pick up sound. The diaphragm is connected to a hollow, air-filled tube. That tube splits in two and leads to earpieces, which the doctor wears. The stethoscope can be placed against the patient's chest to listen to her breath or heartbeat, or others are against the lower abdomen to listen to the intestines.
The upgrading that use for this device is to becomes the Digital Electronic Stethoscope. This project will not use the earpieces as a sound detection, but the condenser sensor as a sensor that will give counting of heart beats. The microscope stethoscope is to read or detect the signal heart beats sound or also known as auscultation it is a small input voltage, from this situation it will give the vibration at the diaphragm, then the condenser sensor will digitization and digital processing on it. These make noise reduction, filtering and amplification when enter the circuits to produce the output result after compile with the software programming that is arduino instruction.
The goal for this basic digital stethoscope is to have it retain the look and feel of acoustic stethoscope but to improve listening performance. It can be uses anywhere and also can improve the counting procedure to detect the situation for the heart beats either at tachycardia, bicardia or also at normal heart beats count in the minutes.

This project will not use the earpieces as a sound detection, but the condenser sensor as a sensor that will give counting of heart beats. The microscope stethoscope is to read or detect the signal heart beats sound or also known as auscultation it is a small input voltage, from this situation it will give the vibration at the diaphragm, then the condenser sensor will digitization and digital processing on it. These make noise reduction, filtering and amplification when enter the circuits to produce the output result after compile with the software programming that is arduino instruction.
The goal for this basic digital stethoscope is to have it retain the look and feel of acoustic stethoscope but to improve listening performance. It can be uses anywhere and also can improve the counting procedure to detect the situation for the heart beats either at tachycardia, bicardia or also at normal heart beats count in the minutes.

menaiki air asia... hauhauha... ah 5253... memg syok lah... tapi kejap jer.. x sempat nk lelap dah sampai... bertolak jam 9.45 mlm, smpai 10.50 mlm... lebih kurg lah...

burung helang yg terbesar didunia... tapi batu lah..hauhaua.. memg syok lah, helang is my favorite animal... memg mantap lah.... pengalaman terindah ni....

2011.... tahun bru bertambah lah usia ku.. berkurangnyer baki usiaku....
salam semua.. rasenyer dah lame tol aku x update blog ni.. x lame lagi aku akan gune fully blog aku ni, coz nanti kne ader blog sendiri tuk buat final year project(fyp) tuk Digital Electronic Stethoscope....
ermmm... tak tau nk mule dari maner... tuk thun 2011 ni, thun terakhir aku finish kn study aku dalam Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Hons) Medical Electronic.... sekarg ni dah sem 7, ini aderlah sem terakhir aku study kt bmi yg tersyg.... sem 8 nanti aku akan buat practical pulak... aduhai, x sangke kan.. umur yg dah suku abad ni, bru nk abis study nyer... kawan2 lain semuanyer dah kejer n dah kawin, aku hidup single lagi.. x per.. mungkin disebabkan kesilapan lalu, aku terus diuji... masih ader kasih syg n perhatian dari ALLAH terhadap ku, insan NYA yg kerap luper n taksub dlm mengejar duniawi... ampun kan aku YA ALLAH, moge aku sempat berserah padaMU....
perjalanan hidup ku in masih jauh x dapat dibygkn aper yg bkal berlaku nanti... YA ALLAH, kuatkn lah iman aku ini...moge aku berade diantare hanba2MU yg diredhai.... aper yg nk kne siapkn tuk semester ni...

2.aku kne siapkn project DES aku, siap ng software control ng bergayer.... ASAP!!!!!
3.lob book aku pun kne buat jugak serentak ng semuanyer sekali ni...
4.aku kne study all out tuk subject actuator sir zul yg tersyg...
5.aku nk score subject madam nazariah tuk dapat kn 3.5 above....
6.aku jugak kne score subject fyp nanti.. arap2 dapat lah A, sebab dier ader 6 cradit hour...
7.aku kne carik tempat practical ASAP!!! deal cepat2... ader paham...
8.aku kne luang kn mase tuk balik segamat n pontian selalu...
9.aku harap abah n ahli keluarge ku yg lain sihat2 jer... moge mereker gembire n dapat tgok kejayaan aku n rase bahagia sesamer...
10.aku kne carik teman hidup, yg seKUFU ng ku, moge dapat membimbing aku menjadik isteri yg SOLEHAH....
11.aku nk cuber capai target membeli brang2 yg aku impikan selame ni... kerete pegout,umah, kumpul duit tuk buat kawin... kne kumpul nyk lagi....
12.aku kne buat yg terbaik tuk diri sendiri, kurg kn membuat perkare yg bukan2... jgn malas2.. jager badan, kurg kn makn... capai targetberat yg ideal.... bahagiakn diri sendiri n buat org lain gembire ng kiter...
moge segale impianku diatas n akan terlaksaner x lame lagi... aku akan cube buat yg terbaik.. insyaAllah.. YA ALLAH, bantu lah aku dalm segale hal... pnjgkn lah umur ku... moge aku dapat bertaubat padaMU... KAU SAYANGILAH AKU,... n aku akan MENYAYANGI DRIMU lebih dari segale2 nyer.... bantu lah aku menuju terus kearahMU....
